RAVE Alert Registration
RAVE Emergency Alerts — also called RAVE Alert — is Butte County’s public safety mass notification system, powered by Smart911. It’s used by first responders to send urgent, life-saving information to residents during critical events like wildfires, evacuations, severe weather, or other emergencies.
When you sign up, you create a free Smart911 profile that includes your contact information (phone, email, address) and any other relevant safety details (like medical conditions or special needs). First responders can use that information to better protect you in a crisis
KNOW YOUR ZONE
The Butte County evacuation zones map is essential for understanding the current evacuation areas during an emergency. You can use the search bar to find your address and determine your evacuation zone number on the map. It's crucial to memorize the last three digits of your zone, as well as other important locations like your child's school or family members' zones. ALERT FM
The ALERT FM system is an emergency alert and messaging system used by the Butte County Sheriff's Office.
