KNOW YOUR ZONE
The Butte County evacuation zone map can be used to see the current evacuation areas in the event of an emergency. Use the search bar to look up your address to find your evacuation zone number on the map. It is important to memorize the last three numbers of the zone you live in. ALERT FM
The ALERT FM system is an emergency alert and messaging system used by the Butte County Sheriff's Office that utilizes FM radio frequencies to deliver critical information during disasters and emergencies. The system is designed to provide accurate and timely information to the public through specially equipped FM radio receivers, such as those found in many smartphones, and other compatible devices. The ALERT FM system is capable of delivering a range of alerts, including severe weather warnings, natural disasters, AMBER alerts, and other emergency notifications.
